Glyde from Dentsply facilitates cleaning and shaping of root canals by lifting debris coronally while simultaneously lubricating the file, reducing the risk of file separation. Easily dispensed from the disposable
tip, Glyde file prep gel effervesces when it reacts with the sodium hypochlorite and this bubbling action
lifts dentinal mud and necrotic tissue for easy removal.
The 15% EDTA in Glyde file prep gel softens the tooth structure and effectively removes the smear layer, while the urea peroxide chemically cleans and removes anaerobic bacteria in the canal flora. Glyde is available in either single unit doses or syringe packs

3M ESPE offers dentists a complete system designed for excellent clinical results in endodontic treatment with the new RelyX fibre post and the trusted RelyX Unicem self-adhesive resin cement. RelyX Unicem self-adhesive resin cement is the favourite cement for virtually all indications and restorative materials.
This innovative, single-step cement is especially useful for the cementation of endodontic posts as it requires no pretreatment of the root canal.
To make post placement even easier, 3M ESPE has developed an innovative system consisting of endodontic
posts and drills in three sizes, and specially designed elongated application tips for RelyX Unicem self-adhesive resin cement.
RelyX fibre posts, RelyX fi bre post drills and RelyX Unicem Aplicap elongation tips permit safe and simple post
cementation with RelyX Unicem self adhesive resin cement. The RelyX fiber post can be adhesively cemented in one step with no need to etch, prime, bond or silanise posts. The RelyX Unicem Aplicap elongation tip makes it quick and easy to apply cement into the root canal from bottom to top. Used as directed, it virtually eliminates the risk of voids, which can compromise bond strength. RelyX fi bre posts offer high strength and greater fatigue resistance than other leading fibre posts. The elasticity of the material is similar to natural dentine, therefore the risk of root fracture is lower than with rigid metal or ceramic posts. As tests have demonstrated, RelyX Unicem self-adhesive resin cement exhibits high and reliable bond strength to the RelyX fibre post

A new medical technology was created to help people with Chronic back pain and sciatica. It is known spinal decompression, which releases pressure on the disks that is causing the pain and symptoms. This technology has 86% were successful in studies documented.
Finally a solution to one of the most costly health problems in America, back pain. According to Dr. Howard Austrager, the most common cause of back pain is disc disease and costs the health care of America more than 50 billion dollars per year. Thank you new technology called “spinal decompression”, there is an alternative for the treatment of other back pain that the use of surgery. The cornerstone of the program and the key to its success is the ability to offer not that relief, but also the correction, improvement and maintenance. The revolutionary technology incorporated into the two machines are the LDU (lumbar decompression unit) and RX1 (lumbar Machine extension). These machines restore paraspinal muscle strength, greater range movement and reduce the pressure interdiscal.
Dr. Austrager said that this new procedure has made a huge impact on patients who have seen your doctor, physiotherapist and surgeon with little or no results. “Many of my patients felt that there was no hope for them,” says Dr. Austrager. But now that to be excited about something. A recent study on the decompression of the spinal cord showed that 86% of participants who have the disease or degeneration of the disc associated with back pain and sciatica reported immediate resolution of symptoms after receiving therapy.
“Most striking is the fact that spinal decompression costs 90% less than the cost of surgery. Most of my patients who reported constant pain before receiving treatment can not afford The price of the surgery, but thanks to this technology, can now afford treatment. Spinal decompression does not involve surgery, drugs, or pain. Patients do not have to worry about the risks of surgery and the hassle of recovery time.

There are many rumors circulating at this time that electronic devices such as mobile phone and his iPod could leave deaf because the sound waves and the high volume that reaches the ears of damage to nerves that can hear. However, it seems that things have improved and heresay not be true. You see, scientists and experts in the field of medicine are the means of working to help people get a better view, even if their ears are damaged. These experts are developing a technology that stem cells and electrical impulses from your iPod could help treat damaged nerves. Of course, this is good news. And when you think you need to cancel your iPod shuffle with iPod shuffle Accessories for something that would have a minor effect on the ears, times have changed. And it seems that their “enemy” becomes your bestfriend. Depends on Richard Schmiedt, professor of otolaryngology at the Medical University of South Carolina, has something important to share not believe in this kind of medicine to the sick of hearing. He said: “We have a good chance of getting normal hearing back to normal ears.” And this is certainly sufficient for most problems with their hearing. These experts believe that when cells are placed in the ears and replace damaged hair cells can recover their sight back. However, this technique should be supported by a shock of electricity from our gadgets to restore hearing ability of the patient. Of course, not doing research and studies to determine whether these claims are valid and accurate. In fact, Stefan Heller, a professor at Stanford University, said that studies in mice and in five years, results have been developed and the progress that the technique was a success.

There are a variety of dental implants available, because there are many circumstances in which patients need in May. In addition, no two patients are exactly the same terminals. The majority of dental implants on the market today are constructed from an inert metal called titanium. Titanium has been found to work exceptionally well in conjunction with the bone in the mouth. The process of titanium, which is fused with the bone is called “osseointegration. Either a periodontist or oral surgeon who works in a private clinic or hospital undertakes general dental implants.
The American Dental Association considers two types of implants to be safe. They are:

1. Endosteal implants — these are surgically implanted directly into the jawbone. Once the surrounding gum tissue has healed, a second surgery is needed to connect a post to the original implant. Finally, an artificial tooth (or teeth) is attached to the post-individually, or grouped on a bridge or denture.
2. Subperiosteal implants — these consist of a metal frame that is fitted onto the jawbone just below the gum tissue. As the gums heal, the frame becomes fixed to the jawbone. Posts, which are attached to the frame, protrude through the gums. As with endosteal implants, artificial teeth are then mounted to the posts.
